You’ll be the driving force behind Spark’s growth, brand presence, and community engagement in the rapidly evolving DeFi landscape. You’ll craft and execute innovative marketing strategies that not only bring users into the Spark ecosystem but also foster a thriving, passionate community.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll transform technical features into compelling narratives that inspire, educate, and activate Spark’s target audiences.
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
- Develop and lead a forward-thinking marketing strategy to position Spark as a leader in DeFi and amplify Spark's brand presence across global markets.
- Grow and engage communities through creative campaigns, innovative programs, and advocacy initiatives that drive excitement and loyalty within the crypto space.
- Build high-impact campaigns across multiple channels – including social media, content, events, influencer marketing, and partnerships – that attract new users and energize existing ones.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, risk, and business teams to identify key features and narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Define and measure success. Establish KPIs, analyze data, and continuously optimize strategies to ensure measurable, data-driven growth.
- Lead and scale a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and experimentation.
- Stay ahead of the curve. Monitor market trends, user behaviors, and competitor activities to uncover opportunities and maintain Spark’s edge in the DeFi space.
